Mark Lewis Jones es un actor galés de cine y televisión nacido en 1964. Comenzó a actuar siendo adolescente con la Clwyd Youth Theatre y se formó en el the Royal Welsh College de Música y Drama. Ha actuado con la Royal Shakespeare Company y en el Globe Theatre de Shakespeare en Londres.
Lewis Jones ha hecho apariciones notables en varias producciones televisivas incluyendo This Life, Spooks, Murphy's Law, Waking the Dead y Torchwood. Quizás su papel más importante en la televisión fue el del abiertamente humorístico y obstinado Detective Inspector Russell Bing en el drama policial de la BBC 55 Degrees North.
También interpretó al sargento Ray Lloyd en el drama policial Murder Prevention.
